Fuel Rewards® program

What Fuel Rewards® Does

Fuel Rewards® program helps drivers earn discounts on fuel through everyday activities such as dining, shopping, and travel. The app is aimed at people who regularly buy gas at participating Shell stations and want to track or use their available savings from one place.

Rewards and Account Tracking

The app displays your current rewards balance and membership level, including Silver or Gold status when applicable. It also brings available promotions into the same account, so users can review offers and activate eligible bonuses before making a purchase. Some savings are applied at the pump through an alternate ID shown in the app.

• Check accumulated fuel savings and status.
• Find ways to earn through linked dining, shopping, and travel activities.
• Review and activate selected promotional offers.
• Locate participating Shell stations nearby.

Finding and Using Savings

A built-in station locator helps users identify nearby participating Shell locations, which is useful for both regular commutes and longer trips. The app is most practical for drivers who visit Shell often enough to build rewards, although users need to pay attention to offer conditions and activation requirements. If an offer is not activated when required, it may not contribute to the final discount.
