Fax.Plus - Send Fax from Phone

Faxing from an Android phone

Fax.Plus - Send Fax from Phone turns an Android phone or tablet into a practical faxing tool for business users, remote workers, and anyone who occasionally needs to send documents to a fax number. Developed by Alohi, the app lets you prepare a fax by scanning paper documents with your camera or selecting files from your device and supported cloud storage.

Send, receive, and manage documents

You can send documents without a dedicated fax machine or landline. Fax.Plus supports common file types such as PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and Office documents, and lets you add a cover page or send documents to contacts. The camera scanner can detect document edges, crop borders, and correct perspective, which helps turn photographed pages into cleaner fax-ready files.

The service also supports receiving faxes on a dedicated number, with incoming documents stored in the app. Notifications can alert you when a new fax arrives. Sent and received items remain available in an encrypted archive, and notes can be added to help organize records.

Useful tools for office workflows

• Sign documents electronically before sending them back.
• Forward, reply to, or resend faxes from the app.
• Schedule a fax for a later time.
• Use cloud files from services such as Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Apply additional security controls for supported compliance needs, including HIPAA-focused workflows.
